Ryan Emery
Founder
Hello and welcome to Courtside Coach Development!
My Name is Ryan Emery and I have been coaching for 13 years and hold a Level 3 Coaching qualification as well as a Masters in Sports Coaching Science.
I have started Court Side because I believe that we can give coaches that want to become qualified an excellent experience at an affordable price without sacrificing on quality.
I have a detailed understanding of the operational support needed for learners to achieve their qualification as I have over two years’ experience within the basketball course administration at Sport Structures .
On the court I have successfully gained promotion with to separate clubs from WNBL Division two into WNBL D1, and last year I led the U18’s Women’s coach at Bromsgrove Bears in their first year in Northen Prem.
My coaching philosophy is based upon being genuine, honest and putting players in a great environment through the creation of games and conditions that are going to challenge them.
